Open or secure requesting
Open:
Your information can be requested by anyone who knows the e-mail address of your co-responder.
Secure:
Only people who have an e-mail registered with your co-responder may request information files.
Access can be granted either to individuals, or to every e-mail address within an organisation (eg <all>@adomain.co.uk).
Addresses can be registered by you using standard co-responder management systems.  If you wish, your customer can register automatically via e-mail or from a web-response form and you will be immediately notified that it has happened.
Sample scenario:
Your company wishes to make data files available as a subscription service to customers who pay annually for access.
  1. Your customer signs up for a year's subscription;
  2. The address is automatically registered with your co-responder;
  3. Notification is sent to you and to your customer by e-mail;
  4. Your customer requests data files and has them delivered by e-mail;
  5. A database of all requests is maintained and can either be sent to you automatically, or you may request it from your co-responder at any time.
