A Co-responder
can cope with as many files as you want to have distributed and it doesn't matter what
format they are in.
Each file is allocated a Keyword as an identifier. The
Keyword is used by someone to request your information by e-mail.
The Keyword is used as the only entry in the Subject
field of an e-mail message. However, several can be used in a single message.
The
file associated with a Keyword is automatically returned to the person requesting it.
Usually, this is as an e-mail attachment, but if suitable, it can
also be imported into the body of the reply message.
