Easy management
The only management interface that you need is your normal e-mail software.  You will need to be able to send and receive attachments.
People can request your information automatically 24 hours of every day but you can still be informed about each transaction if needed.
Customised List Manager software is supplied to help guide you through the processes.  Nothing is installed, it just interacts with your existing e-mail system.
The List Manager software helps you to:

  > refresh the menu of information that is available
  > control e-mail addresses that can request your information
  > add and remove e-mail addresses yourself in bulk
  > request current membership listings
  > check that information was sent to individual addresses
