Linking your Co-responder and Distribution list
Linking your Co-responder and a Distribution list provides a very powerful distribution system that can ensure that everyone always has your most up to date information.  Take a look at the scenario below and note the benefits that are hard to match using any other method.
Scenario:
Your company makes an electronic version of a brochure (brochure.pdf) available for requesting from your co-responder.
  1. You upload brochure.pdf to your co-responder;
  2. During the next month, 100 people request the brochure file;
  3. For each request, the person's e-mail address is saved into a database and converted into a unique distribution list;
  4. At the beginning of the next month, you upload an updated copy of brochure.pdf;
  5. On receipt, your co-responder automatically distributes the updated copy to every person who has previously requested one;
  6. You can be sure that everyone has the latest issue of your brochure.

As an alternative in Step 5, a notifcation message can be sent out suggesting that people request the latest copy.
